  1. Current RN licensure in the State of California

  3. Minimum of 2 years RN experience in acute care
  4. Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card required
  5. Valid AHA ACLS certification required
  6. Valid AHA PALS certification within 6 months of hire
  7. MICN required within 6 months of hire
  8. Current national certification in specialty area preferred
  9. Demonstrated expertise in patient care management
  10. Effective communication skills and ability to lead personnel
