REQUIREMENTS:
  • Role Title: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Architect
  • Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
  • Job Type: W2
  • Duration: Long Term contract
  • Salary: $100k + FULL Benefits
  • Microsoft Certifications in Desktop Management
  • Public Trust clearance required

Responsibilities:
  • Design, operate, and troubleshoot MECM and Microsoft Intune
  • Script to prevent Windows workstation issues using batch files, VBScript, PowerShell, Python
  • Deploy and maintain productivity tools like Microsoft 365
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities by distributing updates and patches
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows workstation issues
  • Automate health processes and deployments
  • Build and provision workstation images using Microsoft System Center and Intune
  • Ensure OS version updates for Windows

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Adaptiva products
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and Active Directory
  • Automate driver and BIOS updates
  • Experience with application packaging methodologies
  • Support production failures and comply with company standards
  • Perform application development and maintenance
  • Analyze data and results using analytics
  • Implement data analyses and leverage data collection systems
  • Use ServiceNow for Change Management and Incident tracking
  • Manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Knowledge of Ivanti endpoint management platforms

Expected Deliverables: USPS is modernizing platforms to enhance endpoint maintenance and cybersecurity. Your role will involve ongoing maintenance, design improvement, and development of management processes.

Education: Degree in computer science or software engineering. Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience if no degree.

Required Certifications: Microsoft Certifications in Desktop Management

Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, MCSE, MCSA, Microsoft Modern Desktop Admin
