Career Strategies is hiring a Full-Time Groundskeeper for an Apartment Community in the Winston Salem, NC area to start immediately If you are available to start work immediately please reach out today and start work tomorrow

Job Title: Groundskeeper

Hours: Full-Time- Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1 Hour Lunch.

Job Duties:

  • Groundskeeper responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
  • Assist in preparing make-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) before making-ready.
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
  • Assist the maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
  • Deliver communication documentation to residents.
