Job Description

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about engineering and manufacturing? ITW Residential & Renovation division is in search of a Manufacturing Engineer to bolster the operations at the Pocahontas, AR facility. In this role, you will lead the safe production of high-volume nails while ensuring quality standards are met. As a key member overseeing a team of maintenance workers, your focus will be on enhancing safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review production data to sustain process improvements
• Implement cost-effective strategies and process enhancements
• Boost production quality and throughput by refining procedures
• Drive LEAN manufacturing initiatives through kaizen events and training
• Collaborate on product design for optimal manufacturability
• Stay abreast of industry trends for continuous improvement
• Ensure regulatory compliance for a safe working environment
• Develop talent to maximize organizational effectiveness
• Handle administrative tasks and project management
• Undertake any other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering field
• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing
• Proficiency in CAD/3D (preferably SolidWorks) and TPM practices
• Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement methodologies
