Job Overview

Join our team as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, responsible for providing respiratory services to both inpatients and outpatients as per physician instructions, covering patients of all ages.


Job Duties:

  • Perform diagnostic procedures and related tasks
  • Conduct various respiratory special procedures such as intubation, bronchoscopy, moderate sedation, pulmonary function tests, etc.
  • Administer medications and educate patients on equipment usage and techniques
  • Manage ventilator and humidification systems
  • Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other departments for patient education and transitions

Required Certifications/Licenses
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials from the NBRC
  • Valid State credentials for the practicing state
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Additional PALS certification required for PICU assignments
