• Support EHS activities related to safety and environmental concerns on-site.
• Provide technical/maintenance supervision to maintenance supervisors, I&E supervisors, and maintenance planners.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and long-term planning, ensuring compliance with CF standards and industry best practices.

• Oversee and support site EHS activities, ensuring compliance with policies and active participation in programs.
• Supervise Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Supervisors, and collaborate with other departments.
• Ensure safe execution of all maintenance work, focusing on quality and professionalism.
• Develop maintenance budgets, prioritize activities, and manage external service providers effectively.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance programs and suggest improvements based on performance.
• Monitor department performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to support maintenance operations and optimize plant performance.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of asset maintenance, PC software applications, and electronic maintenance management systems.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in confined spaces, climb towers, and lift up to 50 lbs.
