DevSecOps Engineer

Join our team as a Senior DevSecOps Engineer

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a key role within our Corporate IT team, collaborating across multiple business units to enhance company-wide DevSecOps platforms, cloud security solutions, and integration projects. Your focus will be on developing and supporting cloud and on-premises services while integrating DevSecOps practices with a strong emphasis on security and reliability. • Responsibilities as a Senior DevSecOps Engineer
• Collaborate with Software Developers and IT staff on On-Premises and Cloud DevSecOps initiatives
• Develop integrations between software tools and environments using REST APIs, JSON, and other common models
• Implement solutions utilizing common DevOps technologies like GitLab, Atlassian, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure
• Create and maintain DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, and documentation
• Provide technical support to end users and present solution designs to stakeholders for feedback
• Ensure system designs meet functional, service quality, and security compliance requirements

Requirements for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer

• High School Diploma with 11 years of relevant experience or BS degree in Computer Science with 5-7 years of experience
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation development
• Experience with programming languages, REST APIs, webhooks, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including US citizenship

Preferences for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, and GoLang
• Familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio Professional and GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of GitOps and front-end development frameworks like React UI
• Prior experience with DoD and Secret Security Clearance
