$25+ per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours:
Monday
  • Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, + OT on Friday's Benefits of the CMM programmer / quality inspector: Profit Sharing annuallyPaid Time Off & HolidaysCareer Development opportunitiesMedical w/HSA account, dental, life insurance401(k) with 3% company match or Roth IRA w/matchEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramStable shop with long term customersNewer equipmentDuties of the CMM programmer / quality inspector: Interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models effectivelyUtilize Calypso Programming on a Zeiss CMM Apply critical thinking skills for continuous process improvementCollaborate with team members and departments to achieve quality objectivesContribute to the development and maintenance of quality systemsCollect, report, and record quality data using MS Office toolsProvide feedback to departments and machine operators to maintain quality standardsRequirements of the CMM programmer / quality inspector: AA Degree or technical college certificate is preferred Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in quality inspection within a machining/manufacturing environmentProficiency in Calypso programming and operation of CMM equipment Working understanding of quality systemsFluent in GD&T and proficient in blueprint reading (referencing ANSI Y14.
