Job Title: Computed Tomography Technician


Job Description: As a Computed Tomography Technician, you will be responsible for administering patient care practices in line with department and hospital policies. Your role involves ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, and providing clinical services to uphold department standards.


Shift: PRN

Hours: Days

Location: Healthplex - Springfield



Requirements for Consideration:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiography
  • Certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist
  • CT Certification within one year of acceptance
  • Prior experience in a hospital/healthcare setting
  • Basic Life Support certification


Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate understanding of IVs, heparin locks, and central line usage
  • Complete necessary tasks for departmental operations
  • Ensure accurate patient identification and file management
  • Track patients per department procedures
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and meetings
