Shipping Specialist

**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist**

**Job Description**

We're looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving products into our facility and storing them in the appropriate locations. Your tasks will also include preparing products for shipment, which involves using a crane/forklift to load fans onto pallets, covering them with plastic, nailing down pieces of wood to secure the plastic and using a heat gun to shrink the plastic. Be ready for a role that keeps you physically active and requires attention to detail.

**Job Overview:**

+ Job title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist

+ Location: Elkton, FL

+ Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm (M-F)

+ Pay: $16 - 18/hr

+ Manufacturing environment **(climate-controlled facility)**

+ Packaging and palletizing of outbound shipments

+ Building pallets for large industrial fans

+ Operate sit-down forklift

+ Utilize scanners and computers to track inventory and shipments

**Qualifications:**

+ Warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred

+ Ability to use hand/power tools to build crates/pallets - nail guns, drills, and saws

+ Experience operating sit-down forklift is a plus

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds

+ Ability to use computers and inventory experience is preferred
