ITI is seeking a dedicated and proactive Manufacturing Deputy Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for manufacturing and its processes, possess exceptional organizational skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. As Manufacturing Deputy Program Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Program Management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

This role will be responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Program Manager in completing deliveries of the various products manufactured at ITI. This role will be 100% in person at our Oviedo, Florida location.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including program management, procurement, sustainment, and quality to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.
  • Initiating production through issuance of production work orders and monitor production status.
  • Monitor production processes and implement measures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels for uninterrupted production.
  • Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in resolving production-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Examples include end of life updates, manufacturing instruction changes, and quality defects.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Report status and issues to management when appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Aerospace AS9100 Standard as well as necessary manufacturing industry safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in a production environment, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen or green card holder.
