Overview:


The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is primarily responsible for maintaining the LMS to align with organizational goals, including but not limited to troubleshooting technical issues, HRIS imports, user enrollment & permissions, integrating new tech and features, developing reports on monthly compliance and other business initiatives, and managing learning analytics.

They should be adept at balancing strong communication skills, technical acumen, analytics, and problem-solving abilities while collaborating effectively with others to sustain a seamless learning and onboarding experience.


Responsibilities:


Establishes and maintain the LMS Configuration, including an updated user sync from the HRIS system, permission roles, exclusion groups and regular system maintenance.

Supports organizational initiatives through LMS functionality including project ownership, dashboard reporting, course enrollment and providing insight through learning analytics.

Provides end-user support through helpdesk LMS ticketing system, emails, and virtual meetings, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.


Drive traffic to the LMS through maintaining an updated homepage, highlighting new features and current course catalogue including new courses and live training sessions.

Build custom and scheduled reports and dashboards based on organizational needs.

Drive LMS engagement through gamification including maintaining leaderboards, designing, and awarding badges, and managing learning discussion boards.

Design user guides, LMS videos and facilitate webinars to introduce LMS functionality and support learning and engagement company wide.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree

3 years Previous LMS Experience

Previous LMS Migration Experience preferred

Experience with HRIS/ATS sync preferred
