The appointed individual oversees a competitive Division I Soccer program adhering to University, SWAC, and NCAA regulations, fostering a supportive environment for student-athletes to excel academically and athletically, promoting personal responsibility, sportsmanship, and community service.

• Thorough understanding of the sport
• Familiarity with NCAA rules
• Proficient in soccer skills and strategies
• Effective communication skills
• Strong coaching and recruitment abilities
• Organized with good recruitment skills
• Ability to work with a diverse community

- Assigning Assistant Coaches and/or graduate Students in the planning and execution of the Soccer program
- Recruiting quality student-athletes and managing their academic records
- Monitoring academic progress and team discipline
- Planning sessions in compliance with regulations
- Implementing game strategy and overseeing training
- Managing program activities and promoting the sport
- Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations

Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
Three years' coaching experience
