Job Description & Requirements

Sign-On Bonus: This role is eligible for a generous sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.00

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and implement tailored care plans
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and take necessary actions
  • Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and reduce risks
  • Coordinate discharge plans and apply evidence-based practices
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate a culture of safety and ethical decision-making
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to team collaboration

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • Active Registered Nurse license and BLS certification

Education Required:

  • Completion of an accredited Nursing program

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Proficient in holistic patient care and critical decision-making
  • Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

Certification Addendum:

  • Annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to perform various physical activities and operate job-related equipment
  • Exposure to hazardous materials and infectious substances may occur
  • Functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch abilities required
