Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description: Looking to add a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to our team in vibrant Fort Worth, Texas. As a Speech Language Pathologist, your main role will involve evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments to gauge speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient objectives.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance speech, language, and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Hold a valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Experience with IEPs is a plus.
- Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in a school environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with AAC devices is beneficial.
