Job Title: 1st Shift Production Assembler at Lantech

What Your Role Entails:

  • Contribute to building the base of Lantech stretch-wrap machines.
  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams for assembly.
  • Follow standardized procedures for safety and quality.
  • Stand for around 9 hours daily and occasionally lift loads up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

  • Ability to comprehend English instructions and technical documents.
  • Basic mathematical understanding.
  • Strong affinity for manufacturing environments.
  • Good communication skills and team player mentality.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow instructions.
  • Physically fit to lift 50lbs and stand for extended hours.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Education & Experience:

  • Mechanical/electrical/pneumatic knowledge.
  • Preferably 1 year of related assembly experience.
  • Background in construction or manual labor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
