Promover la calidad de la atención al paciente orientando, educando y supervisando al personal de enfermería mientras se mantiene clínicamente competente en todos los aspectos de la atención al paciente. Asistir al Director con el mantenimiento y monitoreo del cumplimiento de los requisitos educativos del personal y las certificaciones. Tiene acceso completo a la información de salud del paciente.
Requirements:- Current Registered Nurse Licensure in North Carolina.
- Minimum 5 years current clinical and ED experience.
- MSN required or significant work toward completion.
- Agrees to obtain specialty certification(s), if not already certified.
- Has ability to establish a climate conducive to learning.
- An ability and willingness to educate staff regarding patient's growth and development needs.
- Ability to assess and develop educational programs based on departmental needs and patient population served.
- Demonstrates leadership ability and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
