Overview

- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and promotions in a friendly and clear manner.
- Process guest registrations, handle payments accurately, and promote the hotel's marketing programs.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and efficient front desk operation.

Supportive Functions

Aside from essential duties, this role may involve:
- Assisting guests to their rooms and providing safety deposit services.
- Operating office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and ensuring accurate document filing.
- Performing additional tasks assigned by superiors to support hotel operations.

Requirements

- High school diploma preferred.
- No prior experience necessary, background in hospitality is a plus.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle basic mathematical calculations and use computer systems effectively.
- Observant and able to respond to emergency situations.
- Familiarity with Galaxy systems is advantageous.

Compensation Range

The salary for this role ranges from $35,360.00/Yr. to $37,440.00/Yr. depending on qualifications and experience.
