Job Duties:

• Ensure warehouse operational standards are met by providing warehouse information for strategic plans and reviews, implementing productivity and quality standards, and resolving issues.
• Monitor warehouse financial standards, participate in Cost Savings Initiatives, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Supervise team members, conduct daily/weekly safety meetings, and manage work-related matters.
• Coordinate inventory transfers, schedule materials movement, and deliver supplies and equipment to departments.
• Organize storage areas, maintain inventory records, and suggest storage improvements.
• Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and provide training to employees.
• Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and transportation companies for pickup and delivery arrangements.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in forklift operation required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
