About the role:
The Digital Designer role involves creating top-notch digital experiences, on-brand visual content, and engaging graphics for our digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the design vision and strategy while executing our consumer-facing products.
The responsibilities include aligning marketing and product strategies for designing solutions, requiring a strong brand understanding and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Design emails, landing pages, and product pages
- Translate product positioning and marketing strategies into effective designs
- Lead communications with various stakeholders to ensure alignment during project lifecycle
- Ensure consistency of brand across digital touchpoints
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, InDesign)
- Experience in design best practices across media channels
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Good typography skills
- Comfortable presenting designs to stakeholders
- Keeps up with current design trends
- Illustration skills are a plus
- Organized, efficient, and collaborative
- Thrives in a startup environment
Pay & Benefits:
The expected salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, based on expertise and experience. Additional benefits include federal holidays, bereavement leave, medical/dental/vision plans, 401k contributions, paid time off, and more.
