What You'll Be Doing:
You will work as with a growing organization which will support the entire Lilly enterprise, from Discovery to Manufacturing and Commercialization of our medicines. You will use content and data to solve multifaceted problems of a global business and the ever-evolving content and data landscape. How You'll Succeed:
As the Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of our mission to elevate our Vault QualityDocs system. Your technical expertise will shape our processes, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance. You will collaborate closely with Veeva, the provider of Vault Quality, and our solution architect to manage the environments effectively, identify process enhancements, and unlock automation opportunities. By streamlining and accelerating the management of Veeva Vault environments, you'll be a key driver of our operational excellence. By working jointly with business teams, you will identify business problems and translate the business process design into configuration specifications and provide valuable technical contributions to solve business needs. You will participate in the requirements workshops, design, prototype, configuration activities to develop and document technical solutions to meet the business requirements. You will provide expert technical support to resolve complex issues promptly and maintain system stability. You will also collaborate across multiple areas within Lilly and lead efforts related to system integrations, providing technical design and oversight of Veeva Vault QualityDocs integrations with critical systems. You will leverage your technical expertise to execute and lead technical development/configuration activities and assess vendor releases and changes. With a high level of curiosity, you will propose and prototype innovative approaches using emerging capabilities from Veeva vendor.What You Should Bring:
Experience working in a regulated industry (i.e., GMP) and strong understanding of quality processes in IT. Knowledge of Computer System Validation Knowledge of cloud solutions, commercial configurable software (COTS) suppliers. Experience with Agile and knowledge of JIRA. Curiosity and passion and always be eager to learn and explore new technical capabilities. Stay abreast of tools and technologies to influence IT strategy so that it provides best usage opportunities for business. Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in cross-functional teams, driving results through partnership. Strong written and verbal communications skills, to be able to successfully influence both business and technical domains. Self-management skills with a focus on results for prompt and accurate completion of challenging work. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Highly flexible, adapting to changes in priorities, requirements and processes is required.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field 5+ years experience with current IT and Cloud technologies. Experience with software development life cycle, spanning the lifecycle from project initiation to deployment.Additional Information:
