Job Summary: Clinic is a recently established team-based, physician-led health and wellness clinic in Gillette, Wyoming. Our aim is to offer healthcare resources to the community and cater to patient needs. We prioritize spending quality time with patients by maintaining a lower daily patient volume. Additionally, our facility provides various in-house services like a compounding pharmacy, lab, mental health, exercise, and general primary care. We value technology and welcome suggestions to enhance our services further. We are looking for a caring Physician to join our team consisting of Internists, specialists, and medical staff. This role is crucial due to the growing demands of complex patient cases in Gillette. You will follow a traditional medical approach along with a DPC model. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnostic Evaluation: Perform comprehensive medical assessments and diagnostic tests to evaluate hormone levels and detect endocrine disorders in pediatric patients.
  2. Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, taking into account various factors such as age and condition severity.
  3. Medication Management: Prescribe and oversee medications to balance hormone levels, manage symptoms, and prevent complications related to endocrine disorders.
  4. Patient Education: Educate pediatric patients and families about endocrine disorders, treatment options, lifestyle adjustments, and self-care practices for better health.
  5. Monitoring and Follow-Up: Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, tests, and adjustments to treatment plans. Offer continuous support and guidance throughout the treatment journey.
  6. Collaboration: Work with diverse healthcare teams to coordinate care for pediatric patients with endocrine disorders, involving pediatricians, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists.
  7. Research and Education: Stay updated on the latest pediatric endocrinology advancements through education, research participation, and sharing expertise with peers and the medical community.
Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Residency training in Pediatrics
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge in pediatric endocrine disorders

  • Sign-On Bonus: $130,000 split over 3 years
  • Relocation: $20,000 offered after start
