- Diagnostic Evaluation: Perform comprehensive medical assessments and diagnostic tests to evaluate hormone levels and detect endocrine disorders in pediatric patients.
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, taking into account various factors such as age and condition severity.
- Medication Management: Prescribe and oversee medications to balance hormone levels, manage symptoms, and prevent complications related to endocrine disorders.
- Patient Education: Educate pediatric patients and families about endocrine disorders, treatment options, lifestyle adjustments, and self-care practices for better health.
- Monitoring and Follow-Up: Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, tests, and adjustments to treatment plans. Offer continuous support and guidance throughout the treatment journey.
- Collaboration: Work with diverse healthcare teams to coordinate care for pediatric patients with endocrine disorders, involving pediatricians, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists.
- Research and Education: Stay updated on the latest pediatric endocrinology advancements through education, research participation, and sharing expertise with peers and the medical community.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Residency training in Pediatrics
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in pediatric endocrine disorders
- Salary: Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities in hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
- Sign-On Bonus: $130,000 split over 3 years
- Relocation: $20,000 offered after start
