Cutter Operator

We are currently seeking a Cutter Operator to join us at our state-of-the-art facility in Riverton.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up, maintains, repairs, and operates the Cutter.
• Monitors the machine for any malfunctions during production.
• Trains and guides Machine Associates when necessary.
• Interprets job tickets and SOP's accurately to meet customer requirements.
• Keeps maintenance records updated.
• Selects samples or proofs for customer review upon request.
• Prepares output for the next step in the process.
• Adheres to safety and quality standards.
• Participates in the development of SOPs for job-related functions and process improvements.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience with bindery, mail, or finishing machines.
• Good understanding of basic color and print processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Effective self-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and report problems promptly.
• Supports and collaborates with colleagues.
• Capable of following instructions and procedures.
