Currently we are seeking a Residential Coordinator to join our team in our Bronx Community Living Program.

The Residential Coordinator ensures the overall care and well-being of persons receiving services in our residential programs. The Manager is responsible for the overall management of the residences and direct supervision of Supervisors and Direct Care Staff. In addition, the Manager sets performance standards and provides the support and training necessary for staff to achieve success in their roles.

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in related human services field and a minimum of 3 years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals, QIDP preferred, minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience, knowledge of HCBS Waiver, IRA and ICF regulations, must be able to provide weekend coverage as scheduled and work flexible hours as needed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
