SummaryThe Senior Learning & Development Advisor will develop, deliver and manage the efficient administration of our L&D systems and processes across the business, ensuring global consistency and alignment to business needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister the Learning Management System (LMS)To ensure global processes and protocols are followed, gain efficiencies and drive business needs-based solutions with a One Simplot focus.

Troubleshoot and provide technical support, advice and guidance on the use of the LMS to users via the Cherwell system and ongoing support for the L&D teams system needs.

Also includes reporting, data analytics, module creation (via Articulate), system administration, auditing of content, ongoing global stakeholder and business engagement.

Management of delivery of online compliance requirements across the business.

Vendor Management & LogisticsMaintain relationships with key external vendors/suppliers for leadership development experiences, including all administration, venue sourcing, costs and logistics while continually evaluating suppliers with a focus on achieving cost savings.

General L&D AdministrationUndertake general administrative tasks relating to the L&D CoE such as invoice processing and payment, document control, general workshop logistics (bookings, catering etc.), general reporting and data analytics, document maintenance, assist in measuring the effectiveness of training experiences (as applicable) and support L&D CoE in delivering initiatives across the business.

Ad hoc project workUndertake ad hoc project work for the L&D CoE as required.

Examples may include, but not limited to:

updating policies and procedures, redesigning online pages/sites, end to end planning with stakeholders around curriculum, Induction/onboarding, working with global CoE and HR partners to find solutions for business need.

Typical EducationAssociate's degree (A.A. or equivalent)Relevant ExperienceExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally SAP Success Factors.
Experience with building online content through Articulate.
Strong collaborative and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong process oriented.
