Job Description

We are looking for an ArcGIS Engineer to join our team in a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote consulting support to review current server architecture and ArcGIS Enterprise configuration
  • Confirm proper configurations and best practices before patching and Enterprise upgrade activities
  • Assist with remote deployment of CWBI to support patching, maintenance, and deploying ArcGIS Enterprise resources
  • Support remote upgrade/installation and configuration of ArcGIS Enterprise within the AWS GovCloud
  • Prepare and patch the existing ArcGIS Enterprise deployment for the new version
  • Upgrade and configure ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Help configure ArcGIS Enterprise settings
  • Support the migration of existing ArcGIS Enterprise services and portal items
  • Test and validate the upgraded ArcGIS Enterprise to ensure operational functionality
  • Document the system's environment settings for future reference
