Coil Winder

We are in need of a Coil Winder for our client in Appleton, WI.

• Temporary position with the potential for permanent hire
• Pay Rate: $17 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm (overtime may be required, including voluntary and mandatory overtime with occasional Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

• Wind coils in the BB2 work area
• Become skilled in various tasks in the BB2 wire area such as taping, insulation, primary winding, secondary winding, auto coil, slap and pierce, coring, welding, and dip and bake
• Assist in other areas of the business when needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass solder certification and demonstrate proficiency as needed
• 1 year of experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Understanding of bills of material and prints
• Willingness to undergo cross-training if necessary
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Team player mindset
• Strong focus on safety and quality
