Athletics Director Position at Indian Hills Community College Summary: The Athletics Director at Indian Hills Community College is a key member of the College's Leadership Team. This individual will lead all aspects of the Athletic Department, providing guidance and support across 19 intercollegiate athletic programs. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in administration of athletics at the collegiate or high school level.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with College, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead fundraising efforts for the athletics department.
  • Develop and implement plans for facility improvements.
  • Supervise all aspects of athletic facilities operations.
  • Coordinate travel, academic performance, and budgets for student-athletes.
  • Provide leadership in hiring and professional development of staff.
Reporting: President Level: Executive Director Employment Details: 4-Term, Full Time with Benefits Schedule: 9 hours/day, Monday to Thursday Salary: $92,000.00
