Remote Pharmacist

Are you a seasoned Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes and ensuring regulatory compliance in managed care? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as we strive to make a positive impact on our members' lives.
In this role, you will play a vital role within our multidisciplinary clinical team, addressing medication-related issues, promoting adherence, and overseeing Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) delegated functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to members and healthcare providers, focusing on improving medication management and health outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical interventions, patient interactions, and medication recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for costeffective and lowerrisk medication treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulatory requirements in Part D benefit administration and support quality measures in clinical programs.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing Medicare Part C & D Stars Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and other quality metrics.
- Analyze Part D/pharmacy data and metrics to assess effectiveness and outcomes, and report findings to managers and stakeholders.
- Administer Drug Formulary and support the Medication Therapy Management Program (MTMP).
- Serve as a subject matter expert in pharmacy and Part D matters, participating in crossfunctional team meetings.
- Collaborate with team leadership to allocate resources effectively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) from an accredited school of pharmacy is required.
- Active unrestricted state license in good standing with the state board of pharmacy.
- Indepth knowledge of Medicare Part-D benefit regulations for formulary administration and Stars Ratings.
- 2+ years of experience in managed care, retail, or mailorder pharmacy.
- Experience in geriatric and longterm care is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment with a focus on accurate documentation.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Resultsdriven, resourceful, detailoriented, and committed to a strong work ethic.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
