Exciting Opportunity: Travel Nurse RN Case Management at MetaSense, Inc.

MetaSense, Inc. is looking for a skilled travel nurse RN specializing in Case Management to join their team in Brooklyn, New York.

Job Description & Requirements:
  • Specialty: Case Management

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating care delivery, collecting utilization management and quality assessment data, collaborating with physicians on patient care plans, and assessing high-risk discharge planning needs.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years in direct patient care

Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Associate's Degree with at least five (5) years of patient care experience

Preferred Education:
- Highly desired Master's Degree

Required Certifications & Licensure:
- New York State RN license
- BLS certification

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- Case Manager Certification (CCM) preferred
