  • 24 months of Apheresis experience is required.
  • Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license prior to placement start.
  • Candidates must live at least 70 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

5x8s Mon-Fri Rotating start time of 0800 or 0545 (depending on STEM cell collection days)

Weekend/Call requirements:
Apheresis only. Based on unit needs

Apheresis procedures performed:
Plasma Exchange, White Blood Cell depletions, Platelet depletions and Red blood Cell exchanges.
Therapeutic Phlebotomies (M-F only)
Outpatient blood product transfusions (M-F only)
HPCA (stem cell ) collections (M-F only)
ECP's Extracorporeal
Photopheresis) (M-F only)

Equipment:
THERAKOS CELLEX Photopheresis System (used for photophoresis procedures), Hemacue device for manual hemoglobin fingerstick testing, Spectra Optia Apheresis System (used for Apheresis and HPCA collections), Butterfly IQ (hand held ultrasound device)

Patient Diagnoses:
Hematology/Oncology related (i.e. leukemia, multiple myeloma, lymphoma), Graft vs. Host disease, - Hemochromatosis, Polycythemia vera, Sickle cell disease, Hodgkin's disease
Navy Blue Scrubs

Travelers must be clean shaven for FIT testing. Please ensure all travelers are aware of this prior to submittal.

Details:
AUTO OFFER -NO INTERVIEW : Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time.
