We are looking for a full-time Insurance Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the business and IT organization, ensuring that products meet quality standards before delivery.

  • Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure product quality
  • Set quality standards and parameters
  • Participate in product testing and identify issues for resolution
  • Review feedback and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field
  • Knowledge of software platforms and business systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment and familiarity with Agile Project Management (Scrum)
  • 3-5 years of related experience with supervisory and property & casualty insurance experience
