Shifts Available:

  • 1st shift: 6:00am-4:30pm
  • 2nd shift: 4:00pm-2:30pm

Location:

  • High Point Manufacturing Facility

Structural Welder Responsibilities:

  • Weld structural steel members using MIG wirefeed processes
  • Interpret weld symbols and testing requirements
  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively within a team
  • Skilled in 3G and 4G position welding
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Education:

A High School Diploma, GED, or relevant certification as a structural steel welder is required for this role.

Job Requirements/Special Skills:

Specific Structural Welding Skills:

  • Possess 3G and 4G weld test capabilities using GMAW process on 3/8" material
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to improvement
  • Ability to read blueprints

Specific Physical Skills:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
  • Work comfortably on fixtures 28 inches off the floor
