Summary of Position:


The primary role of this position is to plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct the infection prevention and control program in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Reporting to the Executive Director and Director of Nursing, the Manager will ensure an effective program is maintained at all times.


Essential Functions:

  • Plan, develop, and implement infection prevention program
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Participate in committee meetings
  • Conduct staff training
  • Evaluate resident care products and procedures

Required Education and Experience:

  • Current RN license
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience
  • Financial and management skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Specialized training in infection prevention

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Post-acute or healthcare experience
