We are currently seeking a Night Awake Residential Counselor to join our team in Bennington, Vermont. As a Night Awake Residential Counselor (3rd Shift), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our youth during their sleeping hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive supervision and support to youth during their sleeping hours.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a nurturing environment for our youth.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred previous experience working with at-risk adolescents.
