Hello A global consumer products company is looking to add a Project Budget Analyst to their team.

This role will interact with many different teams across the company so they are looking for someone who is confident speaking with high level Project Managers and providing current information on the spot.

They have very strict deadlines around their deliverables so this is an essential role to their current operations. This role also involves a mix of PF&A and accounting duties.

Job Description:

General duties:

  • Project budget, forecast spend, system management
  • Streamline project in internal system and SAP.
  • Excel - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's for analysis
  • Managing budgets for multiple projects
  • Communication skills to manage information from other teams
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for events and ensure budget is on track

Accounting:

  • Accruals
  • Cross charges
  • Reclassifying journal entries
  • Account reconciliation
  • Create purchase orders
  • Month-end close

Finance:

  • Forecasting
  • Budgeting
  • Reporting
Must-

Have Qualifications:

  • 5 Years of Experience in General Accounting and Financial Analysis
  • 5 Years of Experience with Excel for Analysis (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's)
  • 3 Years of Experience managing a large/multiple budgets for large/multiple projects
  • Experience working in a company with more than $250M revenue
  • Excellent communication skills (interact with numerous PM's, PMO's, Directors, Executives, etc.
