Who you are:

As a Teller at Frost, you are the face of our institution. You are the initial contact for many clients, setting the bar for their banking experience. Our tellers embody trust, integrity, and are adept at connecting with customers of all ages. They are problem-solvers with empathy, genuinely caring for individuals and delivering a banking experience that keeps customers coming back to say hello.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet banking performance standards consistently
  • Conduct daily credit and debit transactions following bank policies
  • Maintain accurate cash levels and handle daily settlements
  • Assist with change orders, wire transfers, and other banking transactions
  • Focus on risk management and loss prevention
  • Leverage critical-thinking skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

What you'll need:

  • Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–1:30pm with some Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with cash handling
