We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Client Activation unit as a Senior Associate Client Service. This position is available in Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL, offering a hybrid work environment.
In this position, your contributions will make a difference in the following ways:
- Collaborate with external clients to resolve intricate daily concerns and guide them to the appropriate resources within BNY Mellon. Support clients in resolving complex operational and technical issues efficiently.
- Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience, to interpret data. Employ refined communication abilities to provide top-notch service to a specialized client base.
- Offer tailored information about BNY Mellon's products and services to assigned clients, representing various lines of business and regions. Proactively assist clients in identifying potential business requirements and direct them to the right BNY Mellon resources. Address complex client issues as necessary.
- Harness your profound understanding of client needs to contribute to business development endeavors. Leverage your knowledge of BNY Mellon's products and services to propose enhanced offerings for client consideration.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 5-7 years of preferred total work experience.
- Prior experience in operational areas and/or client services is beneficial.
