Job Title: RN Supervisor

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $46 per hour

Key Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor:

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure residents receive top-quality care within regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate and assign nursing tasks based on staff skills and resident requirements.

• Offer guidance, support, and training to nursing staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute comprehensive care plans.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing timely and appropriate interventions.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as needed.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
