Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Work within an interdisciplinary treatment team, offering psychotherapeutic services
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Support patients' mental health progress and transitions
  • Collaborate with external caregivers and providers when necessary
  • Engage in ongoing clinical development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and peer reviews
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusivity
  • Provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
  • Participate in selection committees and offer training to new employees

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social sciences
  • Eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
  • Clinical mental health experience preferred
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards in healthcare
  • Availability for minimum shifts per month, including weekends and evenings
