Location: Lowell General Hospital

Hours: Per Diem - Monday through Friday and Weekends with dual shifts from 9am to 9pm

Job Overview
The RN Inbound Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients arriving at the Emergency Department (ED) through various means to the appropriate campus based on their needs, acuity levels, and wait times.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Massachusetts RN Licensure

2. 3 Years of Emergency Department RN Experience

3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from ambulance services
  • Direct incoming traffic and ambulances
  • Coordinate patient transportation and discharge processes
  • Participate in performance improvement projects
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare disciplines
