Key Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity Management, particularly SailPoint Administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices and procedures in IAM, including CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, and Directory Services.
  • Proficiency in authentication standards & technologies such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with various systems including Windows, Linux, Unix, scripting languages, Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and web services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop workflows, configure systems, document changes, optimize processes, and provide support related to access, collaborating with application teams for deployment of new functionalities.
  • Establish organization-wide policies and procedures, effectively communicating updates to end users, management, and peers to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the maintenance, testing, support, and optimization of Identity Governance and Role Based Access Controls.
  • Oversee user account life cycle management, including access creation, provisioning, security, and deactivation.
  • Design, implement, and support IAM technologies across various platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, Venafi, and Okta.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM promptly.
Desired Professional Background:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Directory Integrations, traditional IAM solutions, Okta components, and Logs Management tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Requirement Analysis, Technical Troubleshooting, System & Technology Integration.
  • Experience with Lean Management tools or Agile Methodologies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Capability to analyze data with a keen understanding of regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and IAM methodologies.
  • Uphold strict standards of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer information systems, or related field preferred.
