Unit Clerk

The McGuire Group's Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville, NY, is seeking a Unit Clerk. The Unit Clerk will process and maintain facility nursing and medical supplies; and provide clerical support for the unit.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain inventory or medical supplies, maintains computer tracking system of medical supplies,
- Processes invoices accurately and timely in order to capture discounts, makes physical transportation appointments and documents on the calendar per the unit coordinator.
- Monitors lab schedule and reports directly to the Unit Coordinator,answering the phone and taking messages, completing forms/charts as needed. Also completing new admission packets and scheduling in house consultant appointments as needed, also with various other administrative duties on the Unit.
