As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on quality system development, product improvements, and more. Check out the responsibilities and qualifications below:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop quality plans to meet customer requirements
  • Provide technical training to junior engineers
  • Analyze program requirements and create quality plans
  • Review engineering documentation and ensure quality standards
  • Lead product quality improvement teams
  • Evaluate non-conforming materials and provide technical support
  • Resolve customer quality issues and drive corrective actions
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
  • Monitor supplier quality and lead improvement initiatives
  • Prepare quality engineering reports and recommendations
  • Mentor junior quality engineers
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards and Six Sigma tools
  • Ability to understand military specifications and blueprints
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
