Thorne Crest is in search of a Director of Nursing for their Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the clinical staff, coordinate resident care, develop care plans collaboratively, and supervise day-to-day activities.

  • Salary starting at $90,000 per year, with potential for increase based on experience

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current MN Registered Nurse license
  • Prior successful supervisory background
  • Strong critical thinking, independent judgement, multitasking, and prioritization skills
