1-800 Hansons is a top ranked home improvement company that is continuously growing and expanding We are looking for individuals who want to learn the business and receive the guidance to continue to advance within the companyThe Seasonal Call Center Representative position is a critical role responsible for appropriately qualifying leads received via inbound and outbound calls effectively identifying homeowners that have a clear and definitive need for home improvement products offered by 1-800 Hansons.

As a Seasonal Call Center Representative your goal is to enhance the customer experience through effective listening, unparalleled professionalism, and unwavering focus setting the tone for success for the Certified Home Improvement Experts and the company.

This role may include other duties/responsibilities based on company needs.

We Offer:
$22/hourMust be flexible to work any shift available. (Typical shifts available are Monday - Sunday / 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, and 1pm-10pm)

No Cold CallingWeekly pay via direct depositHybrid Schedule (Tues-Thurs in office and the rest from home)In-office days you're able to take your lunch to head home to finish the day if you have a later shiftWhat Youll Do:

Provide an outstanding customer experience when answering inbound & outbound calls to qualify, schedule and confirm appointments for product presentations.

Delight out customers by building rapport with them to enhance overall customer experience.

Deliver a world class customer experience while showcasing listening skills by appropriately responding to customer verbal queues and answering questions.

Determine customer needs and provide assurance and solutions to those needs.
Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively assist customer inquiries.
Demonstrate accuracy of work with an eye for detail in completing documentation in the scheduling system.
Support Certified Home Improvement Experts via phone & email, as needed.
Present professionalism at all times; whether on the phone with a prospective customer or awaiting a call.
Must be able to work in a team environment, communicate with other agents and promote a positive work ethic.

High School diploma or GEDMinimum of one (1) years of professional work experienceCustomer service or call center experienceBasic computer skills, including familiarity with MS OfficeProblem solvingExcellent communication skills as well as great organizational skillsAble to multi-taskMust be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periodsRequires the ability to move about inside the officeMust be able to move items weighing up to 25 poundsMust be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the publicConstantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerHours/Schedule:Seasonal/Temporary role, 32 hours per week/ending in September of 2024.

Standard hours of operation are M F, 8:00 10:00 EST, Saturdays and Sundays 8:00-8:00 EST but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines.
