Compensation and Benefits:


At Crunch Fitness, we offer a competitive compensation plan, with top performers earning between $35 and $72 per training session.

With the largest client volume in the area, the earning potential is substantial, with high performers having the opportunity to exceed $100,000 annually.

Scope of Work:
As a Crunch Fitness Personal Trainer, you'll inspire lasting lifestyle changes for our members. You'll motivate clients through challenging workouts while educating them on nutrition and recovery. Your coaching will empower them to overcome obstacles and achieve their fitness goals.

Our trainers play a crucial role in helping members achieve breakthroughs and maintain accountability, fostering meaningful relationships that drive exceptional outcomes.
