Typical Schedule:

4 Days/Week (Wednesday-Saturday, 2nd Shift)

What Does a Shift Leader do?
The Becket House at Lewiston is an 8-bed mental health residential treatment program that serves teenage girls.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Residential Shift Supervisor, which includes, but not limited to:

  • Serves as the lead staff on each shift.
  • Provides supervision and feedback to employees.
  • Serves as the lead staff when addressing challenging client behaviors.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of skill development, treatment plan goals, ISP objectives, and all other aspects of residential programming.
  • Participates in the orientation and training of all new employees.
  • Evaluates staff's performance and provides ongoing supervision to all staff.
  • Participates in the Emergency On-Call system as needed.
  • Ensures all Human Rights activities and initiatives are implemented.

Hiring Requirements:

  • At least 2 years related experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
