About the Position
We are currently searching for an amazing marketing leader to join our team.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and will need a strategic and managerial background, strong writing and communication skills, experience with marketing analytics, and the willingness to truly immerse yourself in our company culture, people, and services.

You will play a key role in continuing to grow our brand nationally and help build strategic marketing campaigns that will drive short and long-term revenue growth.

We need an experienced leader who can be both high-level and strategic, but also hands-on to get work done.

About the Responsibilities
Management of Marketing Team – day-to-day operations, schedules, resources, budget, etc. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and train team up.

Project Management – triage marketing requests, set priorities, set timelines, schedule resources to meet and exceed expectations, measure ROI, etc.

Need strong organizational and time management skills.
Content Marketing – Strategic direction, editing, writing, review/approval, scheduling, promotion, and reporting.

Includes but is not limited to:

email campaigns, social media campaigns, press releases, landing pages, web pages, blog posts, email newsletters, case studies/white papers, sales materials, presentations, indexes, executive thought leadership, etc.

Lead Gen/ABM – campaign strategy, email marketing, ABM, buyer intent, programmatic, paid/organic, social, etc. Ability to conduct market, audience, and competitor research and analysis. Expertise in building multi-tier marketing campaigns that engage audiences and drive results. Experience in contact list building and management is a plus.
Tech Stack and Technical Expertise – high-level understanding and hands-on experience with the following marketing technologies and skill sets:

HubSpot (marketing CRM)
Asana (or similar project management system)
Semrush (or similar keyword research, competitor analysis, optimization tool)
SEO expertise (on-page, off-page, technical, etc.)
SalesIntel (or similar B2B contact database/sales intelligence platform)
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, GA4 reporting, etc.
Propensity (or similar ABM campaign/buyer intent data tool
Sanity (or similar website content management system)
ChatGPT (or similar AI tool to help increase efficiency/output of marketing efforts)
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

About the Requirements
8+ years of marketing experience
5+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, journalism or related field
Must have strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Must have a strong work ethic, outgoing personality, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and be deadline-oriented
Ability to conduct industry research to create effective and compelling marketing campaigns
Understanding of SEO, and proven ability to audit and optimize online content accordingly
Working knowledge of SEM and Google Ads and ability to optimize content for search engine marketing campaigns
Conduct professional interviews with executives, customers, and subject matter experts to create content
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Turn creative direction and ideas into polished content that will increase our brand reach and help build relationships with our stakeholders
Develop and manage content team to produce email campaigns, organic social media content and campaigns, and paid social media campaigns
Develop and maintain content calendar
Develop reports from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Semrush, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
