Job Summary:

The Junior Scheduling Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling and dispatching workers, equipment, and vehicles to job sites and plants. This position involves using the XBE construction platform, phones, and computers to manage assignments and track progress. Responsibilities also include on-boarding subcontractors, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely payment.



Essential Functions:
  • Safety above all: Prioritize safety when organizing schedules and assigning resources.
  • Communication is key: Act as a primary contact for customers, drivers, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional service: Deliver top-notch service to subcontractors and customers.
  • Efficiency is crucial: Manage multiple tasks, solve problems efficiently, and ensure compliance.
  • Quality assurance: Verify the quality of deliveries and address issues promptly.
  • Promote safety: Enforce safety protocols across all activities.
  • Transparent communication: Provide regular updates on operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous improvement: Enhance procedures for maximum efficiency and utilize technology effectively.


Requirements, Education and Experience:
  • 1-3 years of construction experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction operations and specifications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.


Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This role is primarily office-based, utilizing standard equipment like computers and phones. Occasional fieldwork may be required, involving some physical activity such as walking, bending, or standing.
